Breaking Coin Training

1.    Subject Matter

 

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the purchase and access to the online training program Breaking Coin, offered by KINFY-FZCO, a company registered under IFZA license no. 51948, with its registered office located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

 

2.    Training Content and Access

 

The training program consists of four distinct modules:

 

- Module 1: Blockchain & Crypto Fundamentals
- Module 2: Advanced DeFi & Layer 2
- Module 3: Analysis & Tokenomics
- Module 4: Trading & Strategies

Each module is sold separately at a price of €50 including VAT. Access is strictly personal, nominative, and non-transferable.

The purchaser may acquire one or several modules depending on their needs. The purchase also includes access to the private community (Discord).

The content is available immediately after payment, unless otherwise specified at the time of order.

 

3.    Price and Payment Terms

 

The price is expressed in euros (€), all taxes included.

Payment is made online through the payment methods available on the website.

Access to the Discord community is granted immediately after payment.

 

4.    Right of Withdrawal

 

• Clients located within the European Union:
  
  In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the purchaser has a statutory period of 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that access to the services has not begun.
  
  However, by confirming their purchase and immediately accessing the digital content (including the private Discord community), the purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees to waive this right, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
  
  

• Clients located outside the European Union:
  
  Applicable local legislation shall prevail. In the absence of any mandatory provision in the purchaser’s country of residence, all orders are deemed final and binding, and no refund may be claimed once payment has been confirmed and digital content has been made available.
  
  

5.    Educational Nature of the Training

 

The Breaking Coin training is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It shall in no way be considered as:

- Investment, trading, or financial strategy advice;
- Personalized guidance.

The purchaser remains solely responsible for their investment decisions and must conduct their own research before taking any action.

 

6.    Intellectual Property

 

All training content (videos, materials, documents) is protected by copyright and marked with a digital watermark “KINFY – Breaking Coin.”
Any reproduction, distribution, sharing, or resale without prior written authorization constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action.

 

7.    Liability

 

The seller shall not be held liable for:

- Financial losses arising from the purchaser’s investment decisions;
- Any improper use of the training;
- Any indirect damages (including data loss, loss of opportunity, or service interruption).

Access to the training may be temporarily suspended for technical maintenance or updates, without giving rise to any right to compensation.

8.  Severability of Provisions

 

If one or more provisions of these GTC are found to be null, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and in effect.

 

9.    Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

 

These GTC are governed by the laws of Dubai. In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction shall be granted to the courts of Dubai.
